Summer 2025 HELP WANTED at RHYCSS

Join our team and spend your summer in the beautiful town of Rock Hall, MD, sharing your passion for sailing with the next generation of sailors.

The Rock Hall YC Sailing School (RHYCSS) on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team for the summer of 2025. We are currently looking to fill positions for:

The ideal candidates will have a demonstrated passion for and experience in sailing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing dynamic and exceptional sailing experiences. As we look towards the future, the current director is planning to step down after the 2025 season, making this an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the helm of a well-established sailing program. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
